The tech22 IRE dramatically improves the on/off throttle response associated with fuel injected bikes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear. Power delivery is much smoother and more usable making the bike much easier on tyres and allowing the rider to get on the throttle much sooner and harder out of corners. On some models, the programmed 300kph speed limiter is also disabled.

The tech22 IRE is a simple plug-in modification taking only a few minutes to fit. No other wiring modifications are required, no soldering, no unreliable block connectors and no pins need to be disconnected from the ECU. The unit is calibrated and tested prior to being fully encapsulated, requires no maintenance and is fitted with genuine OEM connectors to ensure a perfect fit.

The tech22 IRE utilises transistor logic to avoid the rich running at tick over experienced by users of the some other commercially available TRE de-restrictors. It achieves this by only becoming active when the rider has selected a gear.
